My experience at Vertu Kia Bradford could have been better because
No incentives offered to purchase from Kia Bradford
No discount at all full price paid
Had to pay for fuel not even a drop free
Had to pay for delivery
Had to pay for full tax always pay monthly
Car was delivered with scratches & marks not noticed during viewing at dealership.
Nail in rear offside tyre noticed same day after delivery before it was used by ourselves
Wished id walked away & used a different dealership with better customer service
Wil never use this dealership again and will recommend any friends or family to use a different Kia dealership
Found the whole experience very very poor
Car is great dealership is poor
